“We didn’t set out to build software. We set out to give carers their time, and families their peace of mind, back.”
Care Esteem began when Basha saw first-hand how an ageing population needs care that is trackable, accountable, and responsible - and how rarely the tools matched that need.
The gap was huge, and too little was being done to improve the quality of care. So rather than complain about the system, he set out to rebuild it - from the inside out, with the people who deliver care at the centre of every decision.
