Care Esteem will give founding members full access to its platform, including every module, unlimited carers and administrators, and ongoing support, completely free for six months. All we're asking for in return is honest, monthly feedback from providers using the platform to run a real care service. No complicated commitments, no hidden costs, just your experience, insights and feedback to help us make Care Esteem even better for the care sector.

Your data belongs to you. You remain responsible for it, and Care Esteem processes it securely on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement, which explains how we handle your data, is included in the Founder Terms.
The company says the programme is designed to support care providers as they build and grow their services, while bringing Care Esteem closer to the people it is designed to serve. By working directly with providers using the platform day to day, the company can gather valuable insight, feedback and ideas to help shape its continued development. Ultimately, Care Esteem wants to play its part in reshaping the future of care by helping providers embrace smarter digital solutions, reduce unnecessary administration and transform the way care is managed and delivered.

Once both sides have signed the Founder Programme terms, your Care Esteem access is opened. You can begin setting up your service, adding your team and clients, and using the platform in your day-to-day operations.

Use Care Esteem as part of your normal care operations. We'll be there to provide support and help you get the most from the platform. During these first two months, we'll ask for short feedback on your experience, including what is working well, what could be improved and any ideas you have.

After three months of using Care Esteem, we'll invite you to share an honest public review of your experience, such as on Trustpilot. Your feedback helps other care providers understand what it is like to use the platform.
